The 2024 AIPPI World Congress will be held in Hangzhou from October 19 to 22. This is the first time that the World Intellectual Property Congress held in China in the 127 years since the establishment of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI) . This congress will be hosted by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and AIPPI, and undertaken by the Hangzhou Municipal People's Government and the AIPPI China Branch. The theme is "Balanced protection and innovative development of intellectual property". It is expected that more than 2,000 guests from more than 90 countries and regions will participate. Intellectual property experts from all over the world will gather in Hangzhou to exchange views on hot issues, cutting-edge technologies, and legal events in the field of intellectual property, and jointly contribute wisdom and strength to the optimization of the global intellectual property "ecosphere".
