On October 28th, CELG Germany GmbH was officially registered at the District Court of Hamburg, Germany and has received the official registration certificate.
CELG Germany is located in Hamburg, the second largest city in Germany and an economically significant city in northern Germany. The office is located at Wandsbeker Allee 77, 22401 Hamburg, Germany.
At present, our team mainly consists of resident lawyers from CELG and local lawyers in Germany. At the same time, we have formed a close cooperation with the local German law firm Fritz und Mark Legal to take advantage of each respective business advantages. Our team can provide professional legal services in German, English and Chinese.
Currently, the practice areas of CELG Germany include offshore investments, mergers and acquisitions, daily corporate legal affairs, civil and commercial dispute resolution, tax-related legal practices and intellectual property protection, as well as international art trading.
Many members of our team have been active in economic exchanges between China and Germany, assisting Chinese embassies and consulates in Germany in consular protection cases, participating in visits of state leaders and holding positions in local social organizations. Many members of the team are employed as guest professors or researche fellows at leading Chinese universities and research institutions.
CELG Germany is the second international branch which officially registered in its local country, following the establishment of overseas branch in Vancouver.
Since the beginning, CELG has made "witnessing the progress of China's rule of law, building an international legal group, and escorting Chinese businessmen to the world" as its goals.
As a member of CELG group, we will continue to serve the "One Belt, One Road" strategy and provide professional and efficient legal services for Chinese organizations to enter the German (European) market.
At present, CELG Germany has provided legal services to several of China's top 100 domestic listed companies for M&A and IPR protection in Europe.
